  • 2 days of Progressive, Calm Connected Horsemanship 
    with Mark Langley 

    Format: 1:1 lessons with Mark 2 x day in arena 
    + 2 x arena pratice sessions/ day

    Aborb & understand sessions in between - you learn from watching Mark approach and train 9 different horses & their riders.

    Work on what you wish - ground skills / ridden. 
    Mark will help you 1:1 to reach your goals whilst giving you the best training tools specific to your horse to help reduce tension, improve understanding; and in the process be more connected with you and softer.

    STRICTLY LIMITED to 10 riders so that everyone gets individual tuition

    NO PREREQUISITES REQUIRED - Mark teaches you and your horse based on where you are at & what your horse needs

    This 2 day course will also cover skills and philosophy to show:

    - How to gain + keep calm focus
    - HOW and WHY to connect with feel - not just avoid pressure
    - Recognise, reduce + manage tension
    - Problem solve any issues as they arise
    - Teach in a way which encourages happier horses
    - Techniques to improve performance, balance, softness + flow
    - Suitable for all horses and riders

    Cost: $330 (includes $10/day facility fee)
    Fence sitters: $45/day 

    Daily Program: 8.00am - 4.30pm

    1:1 lessons with Mark twice each day working on what ever you wish (ground or ridden); two arena sessions each day (for you to practise) and "forget your horse, just watch and learn" sessions in between - learn from Mark as he approaches and trains 9 different horses.

    Location: Woodhaven Park, 83 Paxtons Lane, Mansfield VIC 3723

    Camping: $15 pp/night. Shower, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave available. 

    Stable/ yards: Shared paddocks available. Portable yards accepted. Day yards available. $10 horse/day.

    Equipment to bring: Your normal riding apparel including approved safety helmet. Long lead rope if you have one, approx 2-3m. Halter. Anything else that you usually use, ie stick.

    Mark has good quality Australian rope halters & 3.5 lead ropes specifically made for him that he brings to clinics. Pre-order to guarantee one. $44/ halters $33/ lead ropes.

    Cancellations post 16 March: payments refunded less $100 fee.
    Cancellations post 30 March: payments only refunded if the clinic fills less $100 fee.

    All monies refunded in the event that we cancel the clinic, less $10 admin fee.

    4) The instructor/ guide may cancel my ride without refunding any fee if I do not comply with any of these terms and conditions

  • Tetanus Immunisation It is particularly important that people dealing with horse are immunised against Tentanus. Tentanus is normally given at five years of age as Triple antigen or CDT and at fifteen years of age as ADT.

  • Your participation in the recreational activities supplied by Equine Ability (SUPPLIER) may involve risk. The risks involved may result in personal injury including death. Prior to undertaking any such recreational activity, you should ensure you are aware of all of the risks involved, including those risks associated with any health condition you may have. 

    By signing below, you acknowledge, agree, and understand that participation in the recreational services provided by SUPPLIER may involve risk. You agree and undertake any such risk voluntarily and at your own risk.  You also acknowledge that the risk warning above consitutes a 'risk warning' in accordance with the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW).

    Exclusion, restriction or modification of rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Commonwealth)

    Under the Australian Consumer Law (Cth), statutory guarantees apply to the supply of certain goods and services, including recreational activities. It is possible for a supplier to ask you to agree that these statutory guarantees do not apply to you. If you sign this form, you will be agreeing that your rights to sue the supplier because services provided were not in accordance with the guarantees are excluded, restricted or modified as set out below. 

    By signing below, you agree that the liability of SUPPLIER for any harm including:

    • death; • physical or mental injury (including the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of such an injury); • the contraction, aggravation or acceleration of a disease; • the coming into existence, the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any other condition, circumstance, occurrence, activity, form of behaviour, course of conduct or state of affairs:

    • that is or may be harmful or disadvantageous to you or the community,
    • that may result in harm or disadvantage to you or the community,

    that may be suffered by you (or a person for whom or on whose behalf you are acquiring the services) resulting from the supply of recreational services is excluded.

    To the extent that the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) applies this exclusion does not apply to significant personal injury caused by reckless conduct of SUPPLIER
