The Department of Public Service is conducting a survey to assess the level of user receptivity towards the use of digiGov platform, customer satisfaction with the quality of e-services, and to assess the quality of customer support provided by the digiGov team.  The findings from the survey will be used to improve the digigov platform and will  direct content development for stakeholder engagement and public awareness campaigns . This survey is voluntary, confidential, and anonymous. You may quit this survey at any time. This survey will take up 5 minutes to complete.

    The Digital Government Integrated Services Platform (digiGov) is designed to aggregate 154 high volume government services from 8 ministries and 9 agencies on a single web based platform. The primary objective of the project is to improve the provisioning of service delivery by providing citizens, businesses, investors and other stakeholders with a secure and convenient method of conducting business with the government. DigiGov was launched on June 25th 2020, allowing existing Saint Lucian driver's with the ability to apply and make payments for the renewal and replacement drivers license online. To date (August 21st 2020) the Department of Public Service in partnership with the Division of Transport have deployed 5 services namely : Renewal and Replacement driver's license, Change of Driver's Information, Exchange of Foreign Driver's License and International Driver's Permit. On August 27th 2020, 3 additional services within the Division of Transport will be made available to the public (Learner's Permit Renewal, Learners Driver's License and Driver's License Endorsement).
