  • Additional application questions

  • NOTE: If you are offered and accept membership of St Margaret’s College, you should understand that the College provides a high level of pastoral care (the College is not merely a place to stay). Also, our Members’ commitment to our four Cs (care, courtesy, consideration of others and common sense) is an important priority. Should there be any concerns about a Member’s behaviour/wellbeing and/or its effect on themselves or others in our community, we will be obliged to have an appropriate discussion with the Member concerned.

  • For questions with a + symbol please only enter one item per box. Click the + button to add more boxes until you have entered all of your answers.

  • Photo upload

  • Please upload a photo of yourself below. Should your application be successful, the photo will be added to your College record and used by staff and College Leaders to familiarise themselves with new members. There is also a poster of all Members in the College's Mailroom, so that Members can identify each other. Please note that your photo will not be added to your College record until your acceptance of an offer for Membership of the College, and will not be viewed as part of the selection process.

The photo you upload should be a front-facing head and shoulders style, but doesn't have to be formal i.e. you can be smiling. Please ensure that you can be clearly identified, which means nothing in the foreground and no sunglasses or hats (except where necessary for medical and/or religious reasons). DO NOT UPLOAD A PASSPORT/ID PHOTO.

There are various ways to add the photo, such as uploading a previously saved image from your computer or taking a new one with a webcam. Once uploaded, please crop and centre your face within the box.
