We are so honoured you have considered us for your wedding day! We truly care about YOU and want you to LOVE your services booked with us! The following Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all makeup, hair and beauty services performed by any member of the Everbliss Brides & Beauty team. Please carefully read, sign and submit below.
Wedding bookings require a minimum of $200-$250 deposit/booking fee and will be deducted from the final balance. Please note $200 of this is booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. You're welcome to secure your wedding date with us first and have your trial closer to your wedding date, or vice versa. We can hold your wedding date for 2 days until a deposit is made; otherwise we do make this date available for other clients. Other bookings such as trials and pre-wedding beauty services require a $30 non-refundable booking fee per person. We ask that all clients send a transaction receipt as proof of payment.
PARKING & TRAVEL FEES - Parking must be provided for our stylist team (2 parking spots) and paid for by the client prior to service commencement. Parking instructions must be shared prior to the booking and are to be paid in advance.
Travel fees will be quoted to you and are based on the number of stylists required and the distance the stylists will need to travel to your ‘getting ready location’. A personalised quote will be emailed to you.
EARLY START FEES FOR MORNING WEDDINGS - A $50 early start fee will apply per stylist if required to start before 7am. A $60 early start fee will apply per stylist before 6am. Should our team be required to travel over 60 mins and start before 6/630am, accommodation at the getting ready location is to be provided for our team.
ASSISTANT/SECOND STYLIST FEE - Should you require a second stylist (e.g. 2 makeup artists or 2 hairstylists) to reduce the total getting ready time, we can arrange this for an additional flat rate of $100 plus travel and parking fees, if applicable.
HAIR EXTENSIONS & PADDING - If your chosen style requires extra length or volume, you might consider hair extensions or padding. If a member of the bridal party wishes to bring their own clip in extensions on the wedding day, an additional fee of $10 will be charged to clip in and style extensions. Padding will be charged at $10 per person. Due to the extra time these additional services may take it is important we are informed prior to the wedding day so we can adjust our times.
CHANGING YOUR BOOKING
Any reductions in the number of people booked for services or cancellations must be paid for in full, if less than 60 days notice from the wedding date is given. Changes and cancellations must be received in writing. Prices may change as the quote is based on the number of people booked at the time of the quote. Adding extra people onto your original booking can be accepted if time permits on your wedding day, we just request prior notice and payment. Should your wedding date change please keep in mind that deposits/booking fees are non-transferrable.
The number of services as confirmed on your invoice at the time of booking is final. If you’re unsure about someone, please leave them off your enquiry. Should someone wish to be removed from the booking, that person may be replaced with family member or guest, or will need to be paid for.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking within 60 days of the booking/wedding date, any payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable to cover administrative costs and loss of business. Any reductions in the number of people booked for services or cancellations must be paid for in full, if less than 60 days notice from the wedding date is given. Due to our high demand for bookings, we are regularly booked several months in advance.
COVID-19- In the event that your wedding or event is rescheduled or cancelled as a result of COVID-19 lockdown in QLD, your deposit and any monies paid will then be transferable to another date within 12 months of your original booking date, but not refundable. Should you choose to rebook outside of the 12 month period, your booking will be subject to a price increase due to economic and industry increases over that time. Should you need to reschedule your wedding on more than one ocassion or because of restrictions in other states, we are unable to refund or transfer any monies paid to the new date and another invoice will be issued. Should you not wish to book another date, any monies paid will be retained to cover administration and other expenses incurred up until that time, including loss of income.
Trials are not essential however they are highly recommended as it gives you an opportunity to meet your wedding stylists and allows you to trial a style under expert guidance, knowing that there will be no surprises on the day. If you choose to go ahead with a trial, we recommend you book this 1-3 months before your wedding. Because your wedding is about you, we also want your trial to be about you. During your trial we will discuss your wedding theme, dress styles and colours as well as your hair and makeup preferences. We promise to optimise your trial session time as we want you to love the end result. We allocate 1.5 hours for your consultation and trial makeup or hair only and approximately 2.5 hours for both hair and makeup. Should a second complete look be required and you wish to arrange another trial, the same charges will apply. While we will always do our very best to ensure you and your bridal party love the looks created on your wedding day, if you choose not to go ahead with a trial please be aware there will be no additional time to make changes on the wedding day to make changes and our team will have to be given clear instructions by you. It is important that you have a clear idea on the styles you will request on the wedding day. Wherever possible we encourage trials on weekdays. As weekends are reserved for weddings, weekend trials may be subject to change at short notice.
REQUIREMENTS ON THE WEDDING DAY
We will discuss our arrival time at your trial or within the week before the booking. If you have a particular schedule, please advise this at the time of booking or as soon as possible so we can take this into account when allocating our bookings. We ask that our team has a suitable environment to set up in with adequate lighting (by a window is best), access to power points and a table for our products.
Please ensure all instructions provided by us prior to the booking are followed, e.g. to make sure hair is washed 24-48 hours prior, is completely dry on our arrival and the skin is cleansed and free of makeup. Instruction tips will be sent to you prior to your wedding day. To prevent delays, please ensure everyone is aware of timings and that they are ready and available for services to avoid leaving the chair whilst we are working. During makeup applications we ask that clients refrain from eating or using their mobile phone.
Allergies and/or skin sensitivities must be reported prior as we will not be held liable for any reactions, losses, damage, costs or claims that may occur to you or anyone else booked for services. A sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. For their own safety please ensure that children are kept away from our styling tools and products at all times as we will not be held responsible if a child is injured as a result of the parent or carer not being present. All brushes, tools and makeup products are sanitized between makeup applications.
If you or your bridal party are suffering from any type of contagious illness including, but not limited to conjunctivitis, eye styes/cysts, cold sores, open wounds/cuts, infections, head lice, we must be informed as a matter of urgency and reserve the right to refuse service. No refunds or credits will be provided.
IN THE EVENT OF DELAYS EXPERIENCED ON THE DAY
If we experience unforeseen delays out of our control resulting in one or more services being forfeited, no refunds or compensation will be given. These delays might include delays caused by other wedding vendors, guests, or members of the bridal party. We allow up to 60 minutes per person per service (hair or makeup) on the day plus 10-15 mins for our team to set up and pack down. If you suspect any member of your bridal party may pose as a challenge in any way, they are encouraged to have a trial to avoid potential delays on the day.
PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE USE
If there are any photos or videos taken of you that you do not wish to have shared to social media or our website, or displayed within our studio, please inform us - otherwise we love to share your beautiful pictures with our followers! We too are happy to be photographed, we just ask that any photo incorporating our team in action, or our hair and/or make-up design, on the internet or on any other advertisement is credited as "@everblissbridesandbeauty".
Your privacy is taken very seriously. Your personal information will never be used for any purpose other than processing your booking and conducting our service with you.

Your final balance will be due 30 days prior to your wedding/event date.
Credit card can be used via Square or Paypal, standard charges apply. Please contact us for an invoice.
Cash will be accepted 30 days prior and on the day for additional services/products purchased.
