Send-Off Report

Match Officials must complete a send-off report if they show a red card to a team official or player or a player receives 2x Temporary Dismissals in the same match.

For direct red card offences, Match Officials must provide a detailed description of the incident that resulted in the player or team official being shown a red card. 

Match Officials should remember the "AFC Rule":

A - Accurate

F - Factual

C - Concise

If this is your first send-off report or you are unsure how or what to write in your report, please contact Trevor May directly.

This report must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled match kick-off time.

NOTE:  POST SEND-OFF INCIDENTS REQUIRE AN INCIDENT REPORT.

For example, you send off a Player for an R2 Violent Conduct and he/she then verbally abuses you. In this case, you must submit a Send-Off/Expulsion report for the R2 and a Match Official Incident Report for the verbal abuse.
