Cleaning and shutting down grill:

1. First make sure gloves are always worn when dealing with oven grill cleaner

2. Make sure grill is warm

3. Pour oven grill cleaner on hot plate, leave for 30 seconds

4. Pour vinegar onto grill over oven and grill cleaner

5. Use silver scourer to scrub grill, scrape off with spatula

6. Pour a little amount of vinegar on grill

7. Using a tea towel clean down the hotplate making sure all grease has been removed

8. Clean out oil tray and turn off grill
