Clubs are invited to submit their Expression of Interest to host MiniRoos & U12 Girls Carnivals for the 2021 season.
To assist in the allocation please ensure the following points are included in your submission:
· 1st and 2nd preferred age group (at least)
· Date of the preferred carnival to host.
· Maximum number of fields that can be provided for each age group(s)
· Confirmation of cost to players NB:
~ U6 - U11 maximum $6.00 (for medallion)
~ U12 Girls no cost to players - referee fees will be covered by SCF
If required, competitive games will kick off early afternoon at the completion of the carnival.
Please note that carnivals are not zoned and may have staggered kick off times across the day to accommodate younger age groups.
Game Leader muster, facilitated and led by the Host Club, to be held prior to the commencement of each Mini-Roos Carnival in order to reiterate the rules and responsibilities of Team Leaders and Coaches.
MiniRoos carnivals will endeavour to be shared across clubs.
Please Note: SCF will invoice $1 per participant (U6-U11) per carnival throughout the year in support of Ronald McDonald House.
