Table wiping

 

1. wipe off all spills and crumbs onto a chux
2. Never wipe the crumbs onto the floor 
3. pick up a spray bottle of GP3, spray into chux and wipe down table, including side and chairs
4. This needs to be done when clearing tables to ensure no customer sits at a dirty table
