1. Fire Hazards: I will take the necessary precautions to eliminate any fire
risk or fire hazard created as a result of my site.
2. Trips, Slips and Falls: I will take the necessary precautions to eliminate
any risks which may cause trips, slips or falls. I will ensure that all objects
which may cause trips, slips or falls are firmly secured and removed from
walkways.
3. Equipment, Plant and Machinery: I will take the necessary precautions to
eliminate/minimise risks from equipment, plant and/or machinery at my site.
4. Dangerous goods, Hazardous substances and Chemicals: I will take the
necessary precautions to eliminate/minimise risks in relation to dangerous
goods, hazardous substances and chemicals associated with my site.
5. COVID-19: I will take the necessary precautions to eliminate/minimise
risks in relation to COVID-19
6. Other Hazards: I will take the necessary precautions to eliminate any other
risks associated with my site.
IMPORTANT: If you have been asked to self-isolate, please do not attend the
event. If you have cold or flu symptoms, we ask that you please stay home and
do not attend the event. This advice applies to staff, students, exhibitors,
teachers, visitors and volunteers.
