About Orange Sky
Orange Sky Australia (OSA) is a not-for-profit organisation focused on the provision of free laundry, safe hot showers and genuine non-judgemental conversation to people experiencing homelessness. We're growing, and fast. Since 2014, we've expanded our reach to every capital city in Australia and most recently, across the waters to Auckland and Wellington too.
Through a network of vans and with the help of almost 2,000 volunteers across Australia and New Zealand, our mobile service is a catalyst for positive, genuine conversation. We’re driven, dedicated, insanely ambitious and a little unconventional. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We work hard and ‘get it done’, but always make time to celebrate each other’s success.
Daily life at Orange Sky couldn’t be any further from the regular 9-5 grind. No two days are ever the same. Life at Orange Sky is fast paced and exciting, and you can always count on the support of an amazing team.
Our mobile laundry and shower vans are how we connect with our friends on the street and we’re always striving to do things better.
