THIS FORM SHOULD BE USED FOR PLAYERS WISHING TO REMAIN IN THE SAME TEAM AS FRIENDS.
Our Club philsophy is that we want to encourage participation and we recognise that many players and their families do not have their sights set on the top teams.

Please note:
This form cannot be used for players wishing to play in the top tiers of the age group. These teams will be graded

When submitting a request to play with friends, please gather one representative to collate the names, numbers and email addresses of families wishing to play together and complete this form. This should only be completed once all families agree that the team will be graded where TUFC advises is appropriate.

TUFC will check with all parties that this action has been agreed to and that no undue pressure was forthcoming to influence a player to stay in a previous team
TUFC reserves the right to reject an application if a player or players are too advanced for the grade where the team is being graded. Higher graded players playing in c or d grade is not appropriate and will not be permitted.

All decisions made by Club Captain in consultation with TUFC Executive are final
