SITTING FEE<\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">$200 Sitting Fee payment must be paid upon booking, prior to your session. The Sitting Fee payment will hold your session date, and is deducted from your final product amount. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received.<\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">B. REFUNDS<\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">Cake Smash sessions can sometimes be overwhelming to young children. If your child is upset and we do not get enough usable images from your session, another session will be offered to you, at a cost of $60 additional. Your $200 Sitting Fee will not be refunded if you choose to cancel within 3 days of your session. Postponed sessions incur a cost of $60 within 3 days, if the cake has been ordered.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">C. PRICE LIST<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">I\/We have received, read, and understand the price list we have been given. If no product order is placed, our Sitting Fee payment will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">I\/We understand if we are supplying our own Cake\/Fruit\/Pancakes, we will receive credit of $30 towards our session. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">D. ARCHIVE<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">&quot;The Newborn Studio&quot; is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer\u2019s control. The Photographer endeavours to archive and backup regularly however cannot guarantee the quality of digital files kept on or off the premises. The Photographer encourages you to backup your Digital Images after purchase, on at least 2 different external devices.<\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">E. PAYMENT<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">The Sitting Fee payment of $200 is due prior to your session, with the remainder of your payment due before or on the session date. Payment is advised by credit card, on the session date. Orders will not be processed until payment in full is received. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">F. COPYRIGHT<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n            <p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:large;\">I\/We agree that &quot;The Newborn Studio&quot; owns the Copyright in all photographs. The Copyright is not for sale. <\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">G. MODEL RELEASE<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">I\/We  hereby give to &quot;The Newborn Studio&quot; the absolute and irrevocable  right and permission with respect to the photographs that she has taken  of myself and\/or my minor child in which he\/she may be included with  others:<\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">a)  Images may be used for Photographer's professional use only, for  marketing, promotion, state and national competitions, and other  professional use, as web\/print\/media. Our images will not be on-sold or  used commercially without consent.<\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">b)  I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and  demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs,  including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.<\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">H. LIABILITY<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">Photographer  is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating  parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for  themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person  or their business.<\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">I. COPYRIGHT &amp; PENALTY<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">&quot;The Newborn Studio&quot; retains all copyrights to all images created during  client\u2019s session. Digital Files are available to purchase for your  private use only. Purchasing Digital Files does not allow publication of  your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering\/editing of your  images without the photographer\u2019s written permission.<\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">It  is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise  steal any image created by &quot;The Newborn Studio&quot; during client\u2019s  photo session. This applies to &quot;sneak peek&quot; images, images posted in an  online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client  steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client  will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen,  at photographer\u2019s current price per digital file.<\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">Note  from photographer: I work very hard to create images that reflect you  and your family, while keeping in line with my artistic vision and  creativity. I know you will want to share them and include a sneak-peek  for that very reason. However, I ask that you simply click the &quot;Share&quot; button on your Sneek Peek image, which will share it back on your own private page. I hope that you will respect not only my hard work, but the time,  money, and dedication that I have put into training and equipment to  capture these images for you. Please do not steal them.<\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">J. SESSION REQUESTS. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">*No  video cameras or recording devices are allowed during the session.  Clients are welcome to take snapshots on their mobile phones however no  video is allowed. The photographer will not continue if there is video  taping during the session.<\/span><\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size:large;\">*Please  do not bring any children or extended family not being photographed to  the session.
