1.) Material received through the application process becomes the property of Point-to-Point Translation, LLC and will not be returned. I understand and agree that any relevant and material falsification, misrepresentation, or omission of facts made on this application (including any resume or other documentation I provide) will justify immediate dismissal if hired. I hereby authorize Point-to-Point Translation, LLC to contact any educational institution, former employer (unless otherwise indicated), law enforcement agency, or reference concerning information included on this application. I hereby release providers of information from all liability in responding to inquiries about me. I understand that this application is not a contract for employment.
2.) I understand that my eligibility for employment at Point-to-Point Translation, LLC is conditional upon verification of educational accomplishments, employment history and the results of a test translation administered by Point-to-Point Translation, LLC.
3.) The Company does not offer tenured or guaranteed employment. Either the Company or the employee can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
