When the Theatrebuzz Callboard was created in 2013, our goal was to create a platform where persons interested in finding more work and training in the performing arts can be easily connected with those who are offering those opportunities. Driven by passion, and a love for the arts and artists alike, we have been offering this service at no cost for over five (5) years.
As time progressed, our subscription and web traffic has grown immensely, and for some time now we have been absorbing the increasing cost of maintaining the sites and services that allow the callboard to function the way it does. Upon reaching OVER 9,000 website subscribers in 2019 however, we recognised that we can no longer afford continue to offer this service for FREE.
That being said, there is now a cost attached to our Casting Publication service.
- Standard Casting Publication - $150 TTD (TT based projects)
- Rush Calls - $300 TTD (see 2023 update below)
- International projects - Cost will be determined based on scope, and the client will be charged in USD (consultation required)
ONLY once your post has been approved for publication will you be sent an invoice for our service. You will not be billed for any posts that do not meet our criteria for publication. This policy came into effect on AUGUST 1st, 2019.
2023 UPDATE: Any casting calls submited for publication through our website, with a deadline expiring within TWO (2) Days or less shall be considered a RUSH CALL. A rush call shall be double the cost of a standard Casting Publication. Additionally, a casting call may not have a deadline that exceeds 90 days from submission.
Payment for our Casting Publication service shall be made via:
- Bank transfer for TT based projects.
- Paypal for International Projects.
Payment info will be provided only when your post has been approved for publication.
NOTE: The publisher reserves the right to edit and amend information submitted to align with our publication standards.
