    All work must be original and produced by the artist. Reproductions must be clearly identified. Wearable Art and Fine Crafts must be of original design and individually made. Artwork displayed should be a result of the artistic category in which you are applying.


    DEADLINE

    Applications must be received by May 1, 2015.
    Notification of acceptance will be emailed as applications are processed.

    DIGITAL IMAGES FOR JURYING
    3 images of artwork completed within the last 2 years.

    FEES
    $20
    per event or $75 for all 4 dates.

    Fees are non-refundable. Artists not accepted will receive notification.

    BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS
    Each tent area is 10" x 10" and located on ground. Tents and display equipment are the artist"s responsibility and must be limited to the assigned space.

    HOURS
    Event hours are 10am to 4pm Sundays.
    Set-up starts at 8:30 am.

    IMPORTANT
    If for any reason you are unable to attend any scheduled date, as a courtesy to fellow artists and the event, please notify us asap. There will be no rain dates or refunds in the event the Show must be canceled.

  • Rules and Regulations

    INSURANCE:Sellers are responsible for their own personal and product liability insurance. Any vendor who decides not to carry any insurance fully accepts responsibility for any negligence that they cause.

    PERMITS, LICENSES, TAX:The vendor is responsible for obtaining all licenses and permits required for the sale of his/her product to the public. Whenever necessary, the vendor shall submit copies of any applicable license/permit renewals. Contact the City of Milwaukee Health Department at 414.286.3674 for questions regarding health licenses. Contact the Wisconsin Department of Revenue at 414.227.4444 for a Sellers Permit or download form BTR-101 at www.dor.state.wi.us.It is the responsibility of every vendor to know if they are required to collect and remit Wisconsin State Sales Tax.

    Rules
    1. Persons selling must be family members or paid employees. No brokers, agents or commissioned sellers may sell at the eavent. Violation of these rules could result in non-refundable expulsion from the market.

    2. No more than two stalls will be available to any vendor.

  • Liability and Contact Info
    I have read and understand the rules and regulations of Brady Street BID#11. I agree to abide by said rules and regulations. I do understand that selling must be done under proper licensing and that all produce shall be sold by legal weights and measures. Any scales used will be certified for compliance.

    I agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the Brady Street BID#11, the Market Manager, from and against any and all causes of action, claims, demands, suits, liability or expense by reason of loss or damage to any property or bodily injury to any person, including death, as a direct or indirect result of use of any rented or occupied market space or in connection with any action or omission of the renter, who shall defend the Brady Street BID in such cause of action or claim.
