To make a claim, please submit the information below. Our policy is to repair or replace the product within 1 working day of recieving the product at our workshop.
The product is to be returned at the customers expense. Once you have submitted a "Warranty Repair Form", you will recieve an email with a return postal address.
If the product is found to have been damaged due to obvious misuse, the customer will be billed for the postage and the repair of the product. An invoice will be issued and must be paid before we return the product back to you at your cost.
