NAYBSEC Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of NAYBSEC have extensive experience in working with and providing technical assistance to nonprofit and profit entities active in the creation of jobs and economic development. This experience is briefly highlighted below:
Mr. Porter Holder, President:
Mr. Holder is a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and is a farmer and rancher. He was a key paintiff in the Keepseagle case and now serves on the Native American Farmer and Rancher Council. He has extensive knowlege and experience in annaul crop production.
Mr. James Walters, Vice President:
James is a member of the United Keetowah Band of Cherokee Indians. He is former Director of Agriculture for UKB. He is a long time businessman and rancher. He has served on the board of several tribal and local organizations. He has extensive experience in all aspects of agriculture and rural development.
Mr. Ted Dosh, Secretary/Treasurer:
Mr. Dosh is a member of the Choctaw Nation and the longest serving member of the Choctaw Nation Tribal Council. He is a long tme farmer/rancher and serves on the board of the Southeastern Oklahoma Rural Electric Cooperative. He has served as a member or officer of many local, state and tribal committees. He has extensive experience in farming and ranching, as well as, owrking with young beginning farmers and ranchers in Oklahoma.
