- Reservations are not transferable.
- To ensure the availability of units, your payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to your first transfer time, either arrival or departure.
- Upon booking and completing your payment, you will be able to print a transportation voucher with your transfer and transportation contact information, any other mean of information extracted from our website will not be valid or eligible for service.
- All cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to your first transfer time, either arrival or departure.
- In case of No Show, a 50% fee of the total bill will be held since units are sent to the pickup location.
- At all cases of cancellation including bad weather, a 10% fee of the total bill will be held to cover administrative procedures, this means that if your cancellation qualifies for a refund, only the 90% of the total bill will be refunded.
- Reservations cancelled out of the prior requirements do not qualify for any refund. Instead you reservations will be open for later use within the next 30 days. After 30 days have passed, it will be totally cancelled.

- The alteration of any rate or information released by our system will cause the cancellation of the reservation.
