2016 Awards Submission Form

Submit a project entry by completing the form below. There is no limit on the number of categories a firm can submit a project entry to, but a single entry cannot be submitted to more than three categories. The cost is $550 per entry for AMCF members, $300 for AMCF Small Firm Member, and $1000 for non-members.

Please review all the Entry Guidelines and Requirements before submitting a project.

Any firm submitting to the "Small Firms Categories" must have annual revenue under a $100 million.

The entry deadline for award submissions is Friday, January 29, 2016. Entries from both AMCF member and non-member consulting firms are eligible.

Each project entry must include the name and email of an individual from the client firm. This will constitute the client's affirmation that the information provided in the project entry(ies) is accurate.

Finalists must agree to have the client complete a brief survey about the project engagement. The survey will be sent to the email address provided below. The results of the survey will be kept confidential by AMCF and will not be disclosed to the public.

Confidential information provided to AMCF will be held in the strictest of confidence before, during, and after the 2015 AMCF Spotlight Awards program. AMCF will sign a Non-disclosure or Confidentiality Agreement if needed.
