We invite you to provide the following information in advance of your arrival at our cattery. This will help speed up check-in.

If you have more than one cat boarding with us, the form needs to be submitted for each cat.

Note: Bookings will be accepted subject to availability. We will contact you to confirm your reservation. Must be up to date with vaccinations.

I grant permission to VetCare Animal Hospital to board my cat for the following period.

Please be advised: Check-in & Check-out must be within clinic opening hours. 

Please provide vaccination proof upon arrival if not vaccinated at VetCare

As a valued client and cattery regular we are pleased to offer our Holiday WOF. A 10% discount on dentistry, blood tests, micro-chipping, senior exams and lump n bump checks. During their stay with us we can schedule any required procedures into the less busy time slots, helping us to pass on these great savings. So now's the time to get any health maintenance done.

 

VetCare will provide all possible care and attention to ensure that your cat(s) have a safe and happy stay with us. As owner, you are liable for any vet bills incurred on your pet's behalf, potentially including emergency and after hours care. All vaccination certificates must be made available at time of check-in and must be to our satisfaction. Pet's belongings are left at the owner's risk and should be named.
