Applicants must volunteer for or be employed by an Australian community radio station, and have that station's support to participate in the initiative.
Successful applicants must create new work for this initiative, that must not have been produced and presented publicly for the first time on radio, television, the internet (including podcasts), or in a public situation environment (gallery, museum, classroom) prior to the running of this project.
The CBAA will have the right to broadcast and host all content produced for this project, and distribute the content to community stations for rebroadcast. The CBAA retains the right to refuse to broadcast, distribute or host any content produced as a result of the project.
Ownership of the material will be jointly held by the participants and their home stations, governed by any agreements between the two parties.
