    To complete this form you will need to upload a scanned copy of all of the following documents:

    • the name page of your passport
    • your IELTS result OR any English proficiency result copy OR Navitas Certificate
    • the academic transcripts of your highest qualification.
    You may also need to upload the following documents:
    • your résumé - if you have not completed year 12
    • your OSHC card/verification letter - if you are currently studying in Australia and have already arranged your own OSHC.

  • To gain direct entry into ICAE's Diploma or Advanced Diploma courses you must have completed ICAE's Certificate IV or the equivalent from another institution in Australia.
    There are many combinations of courses you can choose for Second course and Third course but some will need prerequisite courses. Please check the Course Packaging document.

As part of our quality assurance program we ensure that all prospective students receive high-quality advice from quality education and/or migration agents. ICAE will therefore provide you with the services of a Registered Migration Agent AT NO COST, to assist you with your application and to ensure you have all the information required to make an informed decision. ICAE will provide the agent with the details contained in this form. Please indicate that you have read and agree to these terms.

  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is a requirement for all international students in Australia. You can request ICAE to arrange it for you or you may request it yourself. If you have already arranged OHSC you will need to upload a copy. More information about OSHC.

  • Course Credit

  • ICAE only grants course credit for study completed in Australia which is equivalent to our course. We will not grant credit for study completed overseas.

    If you want to apply for course credit you must also complete our Application for Course Credit Form and provide supporting evidence such as transcripts and certificates. Contact admissions@icae.edu.au if you have queries.

    Why we collect your personal information

    As a registered training organisation (RTO), we collect your personal information so we can process and manage your enrolment in a vocational education and training (VET) course with us.

    How we use your personal information

    We use your personal information to enable us to deliver VET courses to you, and otherwise, as needed, to comply with our obligations as an RTO.

    How we disclose your personal information

    We are required by law (under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cth) (NVETR Act)) to disclose the personal information we collect about you to the National VET Data Collection kept by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER). The NCVER is responsible for collecting, managing, analysing and communicating research and statistics about the Australian VET sector.

    We are also authorised by law (under the NVETR Act) to disclose your personal information to the relevant state or territory training authority.

    How the NCVER and other bodies handle your personal information

    The NCVER will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the NVETR Act. Your personal information may be used and disclosed by NCVER for purposes that include populating authenticated VET transcripts; administration of VET; facilitation of statistics and research relating to education, including surveys and data linkage; and understanding the VET market.

    The NCVER is authorised to disclose information to the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE), Commonwealth authorities, State and Territory authorities (other than registered training organisations) that deal with matters relating to VET and VET regulators for the purposes of those bodies, including to enable:

    • administration of VET, including program administration, regulation, monitoring and evaluation
    • facilitation of statistics and research relating to education, including surveys and data linkage
    • understanding how the VET market operates, for policy, workforce planning and consumer information.

    The NCVER may also disclose personal information to persons engaged by NCVER to conduct research on NCVER’s behalf.

    The NCVER does not intend to disclose your personal information to any overseas recipients.
